Got ADHD? Cool — that means your brain works differently, not worse. You’ve got ideas, energy, and creativity… but sometimes it feels like focus, time, or motivation didn’t get the memo. That’s where I come in. ADHD coaching isn’t about fixing you — it’s about figuring out how you work best, so life feels a little easier (and a lot more awesome).


What We Work On

  • Getting Stuff Done (for real):
    Homework, projects, chores, big goals — we’ll find ways to get them done without all the procrastination and panic.

  • Time, Plans & Routines
    No boring planners here. You’ll learn tricks that actually fit how your brain runs — visual tools, phone hacks, or whatever helps you keep track and stay on top of things.

  • Motivation & Confidence
    We’ll bust the “lazy” myth and figure out what fires up your brain. You’ll learn how to stay motivated and proud of your progress (even when it’s messy).

  • De-Stress & Reset
    Overthinking? Overwhelm? Big emotions? I’ll teach you ways to pause, reset, and move on — so bad days don’t take over everything.

  • Support & Accountability
    You’ll set goals that you care about, and I’ll be in your corner to keep you focused, flexible, and encouraged every step of the way.

  • The Goal
    To help you figure out how to use your ADHD superpowers — and make school, life, and your future work for you, not against you.
