Inside a Coaching Session for parents

Parenting a child with ADHD can feel like you’re doing everything—reminding, motivating, negotiating—and still not seeing the results you hope for. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. Many parents find support through my ADHD parent coaching.

While I work directly with your tween/teen to build focus, confidence, and follow-through, I also support you—the parent—in creating the structure and communication that helps those changes carry into everyday life.

At Unscripted Coaching Dubai, I help neurodiverse families ensure that progress is supported at home, not just in sessions.

How I Support Parents

  • ADHD Parent Coaching & Insight
Learn what ADHD really looks like in the teen years—why motivation can seem inconsistent, why reminders don’t always work, and how ADHD parent coaching helps shift from frustration to collaboration.

  • Home Routines that Work
Together, we’ll design realistic routines and systems that fit your family’s rhythm, reduce daily conflict, and build your teen’s independence through ADHD family coaching approaches that support everyday life at home.

  • Communication Tools
Discover how to move from “nagging and reminding” to calm, effective communication that keeps you connected to your tween/teen, supported by strategies often used in ADHD coaching.

  • Partnership & Progress
You’ll receive regular updates, guidance, and strategies so you can reinforce your child’s coaching work at home—without having to be the coach.

  • The Goal
ADHD parent coaching can help you feel more confident, supported, and connected—while your child grows into the self-reliant, capable person you know they can be.
