About Me

Hi, I’m Nadine!

Seeing the glass half full is especially important when it comes to ADHD and Neurodiversity. My goal is to help kids, teens, and young adults discover their strengths, build confidence, and feel truly understood.

Parents are guided in connecting with their child more deeply and discovering simple strategies to make daily life calmer and smoother for the whole family.

As an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC), an ADHD Professional Coach, and a German State-certified Social Pedagogic Assistant, professional training, hands-on experience, and real-life understanding come together in every session.

My approach is playful, creative, and practical, helping young people build tools that suit their unique ways of learning and growing. Every session is designed to be fun, supportive, and hands-on, turning challenges into manageable steps that really stick.

Having experienced firsthand the ups and downs that neurodiverse kids and teens face—and the ripple effect it can have on families—I truly believe even the biggest challenges can have a silver lining. Sometimes, all it takes is a little support to see it.

When I’m not coaching, life moves fast around here. Between being a former fitness coach and having three kids, our days are packed with sports, outdoor adventures, and a healthy dose of family chaos. I enjoy playing ball sports, walks on the beach, the challenge of a puzzle (even if I’m the only fan), or sneaking off with a coffee and a book — pretending, just for a moment, that no one needs me.

My Approach

My Qualifications

At Unscripted Coaching, I believe everyone deserves the space to write their own story — not the one others expect of them. Every ADHD or neurodiverse mind is different and unique, which is why there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. My approach is grounded in understanding how ADHD and neurodiversity affect thinking, learning, and behaviour, and in truly seeing each tween/teen for who they are — not just the challenges they face.

I blend structure with flexibility, using practical tools, humour, and real-life strategies to help young people build confidence, improve focus, and follow through on what matters to them. Sessions are interactive, personalized, and confidential, creating a safe space where your child feels supported and understood in a way that fits them.

Parents are an essential part of the process. I provide a confidential, judgment-free space to explore concerns, unpack challenging behaviours, and gain clarity about what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we build realistic routines and systems that truly work — blending practical support with creative solutions so your child and family can thrive.

If you’re ready to turn challenges into strengths and feel more confident and supported as a family, I’d love to work together.
